What personal data we process
Depending on how you contact us or use our services, we process in particular the following categories of data:
- Identification and contact data — first name, surname, e-mail address, phone number.
- Company and professional data — company name, position, Company ID (IČO).
- Communication records — the content of e-mail or telephone communication with us.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, cookies and similar identifiers when visiting the website.
Purposes and legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of the following legal grounds:
- Performance of a contract — processing is necessary to provide the ordered service (process analysis, development and deployment of automations and AI agents) or for steps prior to entering into a contract.

- Consent — if you grant us consent to send commercial communications, we process your contact data for this purpose.
- Legal obligation — retention of tax documents and invoices in accordance with applicable legislation.

We retain personal data for the period strictly necessary for the given purpose, but no longer than the period laid down by law (typically 10 years for accounting and tax documents). Data processed on the basis of consent is retained until consent is withdrawn.

Recipients of personal data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with providers of technology services (e.g. cloud infrastructure, e-mail tools) who act as processors and are bound by a data processing agreement.
Cookies and analytics
To measure site traffic and improve the website, we use Google Analytics 4 (provider Google Ireland Limited). This service only starts after your explicit consent via the cookie banner — no analytics cookies are stored without consent. Google Analytics processes data with the IP address anonymized, and data may be transferred outside the EU based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
